Prictag is a secure, reliable, easy to use and cost effective verified credit card processing facility.
In order to reduce our risk, we do a verification check on every Credit Card customer - this allows us to make the transaction with little chance of fraud. This also protects you, the credit card holder, as we ensure that you do not have a criminal using your credit card on our site.
Once the credit card details have been captured via the Pricetag secure site the transaction must be authorised by the bank. If the card is valid and the customer has sufficient funds available, the bank will reserve the funds and return an "authorisation code". This happens instantly before the order is completed. This code is an assurance to us that the bank will reserve the stipulated amount of money on your account for a period of time. (approximately two weeks). The funds are not deducted from your account, only reserved. The funds are only removed and paid to us once stock and availability are confirmed. This is an added feature to ensure that you, our customers will not be charged in any way in the event of stock not being available.
