Shipping is FREE.  We ship by airmail. All orders are packaged in plain wrap in order to keep private the fact that you have ordered cigarettes.

We ship your orders by registered airmail. Orders received by end of business day, South African time, will be despatched the next day. The order normally arrive within 7 to 10 days.

Should your order not arrive in 21 days, we will engage in the following procedure:

• We will confirm with the SA Post Office that the parcel left in good order.
• We will issue you with the recorded mail number to inquire with your local mail service.

Please note that we can not be held responsible for any negligence on your side. For example: If you did not collect your parcel in time or gave us an incorrect address or moved after placing your order.

Also note that it is the customers responsibility to comply with any internet shopping regulations that may apply to your area.
